Hello, I’m Prinouisse (pronounced prin-oo-ees), but you can call me Chloe! I’m a neurodivergent and disabled freelance artist who likes drawing cute girls and diverse bodies, as well as my original characters. I love classical art, literature, and film, and am particularly fond of fantasy and romance. I’m a child at heart, and most of my art and stories are inspired by books I read when I was a little girl. I love sharing my art and stories with other hopeless romantics, and I hope to inspire others to create their own fairy tales, make their own magic, and live their own happily ever after.

How much are commissions?
Commissions are calculated by a base price. However, the final sale price may vary depending on level of complexity and detail. You can check out my pricelist here.

How long does it take to complete a commission?
Commissions can take anywhere from 3-6 months to complete.

Do you have a blacklist?
As of December 6, 2023, I no longer have a blacklist. The reason for this change is that I no longer want to continue to update my blacklist, or have any involvement whatsoever with the people who have been bullying or harassing me. Once the transaction is complete, the design is yours to do with as you please so long as you follow my terms of service. However, with that being said, please be mindful of who you sell my designs to.

Before commissioning me, please keep in mind that I am a disabled artist! I try my best to complete things in a timely manner, but sometimes I may not be able to complete a project on time due to fatigue, chronic pain, or being away from my computer due to hospital visits. Thank you for your patience and understanding! :>

General• I retain full ownership and copyright of my artwork (including adoptables, bases, and Patreon exclusive content).• I reserve the right to display and promote my artwork for advertising (including unfinished artwork and works in progress).• I reserve the right to use my artwork for virtual and material goods such as artbooks, stickers, posters, prints, etc.• I do not allow any of my artwork to be used for AI or NFTs.

Commissions• The client may use their commission for personal use only (such as online avatars and profile pictures or material goods such as stickers, posters, prints, etc.).• A $25 fee will be added for private commissions.• Payments must be paid in full before any work is done. All payments must be made in USD and processed through PayPal.• Commissions over $200 will be subject to review for a payment plan.• Minor edits are free. Major edits in which I need to draw, color, or otherwise reconstruct the artwork will cost an additional fee based on the work that needs to be completed. Alternate versions (such as nude and clothed, difference in genitalia, etc.) will cost an additional fee and should be discussed prior to the commission.• Refunds are calculated by the work completed. In the event that I cancel the commission, the client will be given a full refund. Issuing a chargeback for any reason will result in being blocked.• The client must provide a clear and concise reference of their character, and should discuss what details are important and should not be omitted. After payment, I will begin the sketch. Once the sketch is approved, I will work until the commission is completed.• Commissions can take anywhere from 3-6 months to complete. If at any point the client’s commission takes longer than the allotted time they will be notified and have the option to continue the commission or receive a partial refund based on the work completed.

Adoptables• Adoptables may be purchased for personal or commercial use.• Commercial use costs 500% of the base price and comes with a contract of ownership rights.• Proper credit must be given whether for personal or commercial use.• Adoptables over $200 will be subject to review for a payment plan. If a payment plan is not available, the buyer can ask for a hold for up to 1 week.• Payment plans are accepted with a 25% down payment.• Adoptables can't be resold for more than their sell value.• Changes may be made to the design, however the design should still be recognizable and should be made on a copy of the design. When reselling the design, both the original and the copy should be transferred to the new owner.• Wrongful use of the design or using the design in a malicious or harmful manner (such as ableism, racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia) will result in being blocked.• Selling my adoptables to anyone on my blacklist will result in being blocked and subsequently blacklisted.

Bases
• The watermark may not be removed, but may be moved to other areas on the canvas.• Bases may be used for personal or commercial use (such as creating and selling adoptables).• Bases may not be sold or redistributed.
